Water View
Homes

Two homes built side by side to two very different briefs — identical on the surface, completely different once you are inside.

The project

Two owners, two sets of very specific requirements, one site.

Solid concrete-block construction finished in a Sto plaster system, with large architectural joinery and louvres used throughout for design flair.

From the street the pair read as one composition. Inside, they are two completely different high-specification homes, each built to its own brief.

The brief

What we were
asked to do

Two briefs that had almost nothing in common, on one shared address.

The objective

We needed to create solid homes to meet very specific individual requirements of the owners. Bringing the clients' vision to life using our creative design solutions was a high priority, as was attention to detail.

Our solution

We built solid concrete-block homes finished in a Sto plaster system. Large architectural joinery and louvres were used throughout for added design flair.

The result

Although on the surface they look the same, these two high-spec homes are completely different, to meet the clients' needs and specific tastes. The wow factor was achieved, and everyone involved was proud of it — Gold, Gold Reserve and the Lifestyle Award followed.
